Immerse yourself in the origins of Tesoro del Oeste and discover how the landscape, the agaves, and the knowledge of the raicilla masters bring each of our expressions to life.

Our taberna was born amidst the remains of a traditional adobe construction, surrounded by the mountainous landscape of San Sebastián del Oeste. In this space, we preserve and share an artisanal way of transforming agave into raicilla.

During your visit, you will learn about the main stages of the process: agave selection and jima, cooking, milling, fermentation, distillation, and aging before bottling. The tour concludes with a guided tasting to learn about the differences between some of our expressions.

No prior experience is necessary. Our team will guide you so you can understand raicilla, identify its aromas, and discover how its profiles change according to the agave and the process.
