Our project protects and recovers this precious Legacy of Agave distillate, following the same ancestral methods, based on artisanal production transmitted from generation to generation by the master Taberneros (person who transforms Agave into Raicilla). Here we present Chuy Dueñas, our raicillero who does a great job to recover the magic that was given to him since his childhood.
The Raicillero:

The founder. Passionate entrepreneur, lover of nature and extreme sports. Share his adventures on bicycle and horseback with these agaves in the mountains. He wakes up in the middle of the night wanting to recover this great gastronomic legacy of producing Raicilla. “It took us a little over a year to find our flavor and profile, when we achieved it we were amazed as if we had discovered a great Treasure….

After 2021 we are dedicated to perfecting, generating several expressions that have pleased the demanding palates of many lovers of Mexican Spirits.”
