Raicilla is a Mexican agave spirit with a Denomination of Origin. Different agave species and production methods give it a wide range of flavours.
La Clásica is our recommendation for discovering the character of Maximiliana agave from the Jalisco highlands.

we are producers
We craft our raicilla at our taberna in San Sebastián del Oeste, Jalisco. The work behind each bottle begins with the agave and continues through every stage of production.
For La Clásica, we cook the agave in a masonry oven, ferment with native microorganisms and mature the spirit in glass for at least six months.
