In the mountains of San Sebastián del Oeste, a tradition that has been passed down for generations among families and raicilla masters remains alive. Today, Tesoro del Oeste honors that legacy through a collection of artisanal raicillas crafted in small batches.
Different agave species, including Maximiliana, Angustifolia, and Inaequidens, give rise to expressions with their own unique personality. Each one reflects the character of the Sierra, the careful process, and the dedication of the hands that transform the agave from cooking to distillation.
More than a drink, each bottle is an invitation to discover the diversity of raicilla: its aromas, nuances, agaves, and different ways of expressing the same territory.
