  • First double distillation in an Arabic-type stainless steel still with a copper coil. And the second in a copper still.

Aroma: Agave cocido, hierbas cítricas y florales, con notas persistentes de especias y un carácter marcado de agave.

Paladar: Afrutado y herbal, con agave caramelizado, toques de vainilla y una textura suave.

Retrogusto: Persistente, herbal y especiado, con recuerdos de agave caramelizado y suaves notas de vainilla.

Horneado: Horno tipo pan de mampostería.

Molienda: Desgarradora de agave mecánica.

Fermentación: En tina de acero inoxidable con microorganismos nativos 100% naturales.

Destilación: Doble destilación. Primera destilación en alambique tipo arábigo de acero inoxidable con serpentín de cobre, seguida de una segunda destilación en destilador de cobre.
